❌ What You CANNOT Do — Important Restrictions

  • Cannot claim manufacturer status. You may identify as the brand owner or distributor, not the creator of the formula.
  • Cannot alter the formula. The product must be sold exactly as received, in any of the three strengths.
  • Cannot sell below MSRP for any formula — this protects all PLR partners and product value.
  • Cannot pass PLR or resale rights to your customers — they purchase for personal use only.
  • Cannot offer affiliate commissions or referral programs on this product, to maintain fair competition among partners.
  • Cannot give away the complete product for free in any form — small samples for marketing may be permitted with prior approval.
  • Cannot include this product in an existing customer order without a separate, specific purchase transaction — each sale must be tracked individually.
  • Cannot make false or unapproved health claims in marketing — keep messaging wellness-focused, not medical.
